Allison Campbell
Overview
Allison guides clients through complex commercial real estate transactions throughout the State of Florida, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, multi-use coordination, leasing, and financing. Her transactional practice works in tandem with the firm's land use and zoning attorneys, offering clients coordinated counsel across every phase of a real estate project. With over 20 years of experience, Allison brings large-firm sophistication and in-house corporate perspective to every deal, paired with the direct attention of senior counsel at a boutique real estate practice.
Allison began her legal career in New York City with a top Am Law 100 law firm before relocating to Tampa, where she spent fifteen years within the Real Estate practice group at one of Tampa's premier law firms. She went on to serve seven years as Senior Real Estate Attorney and in-house counsel at Publix Super Markets, Inc., negotiating leases, acquisitions, declarations, and development agreements for retail properties across the Southeast. That in-house experience gave her a firsthand understanding of a sophisticated client's business priorities and reinforced her belief that clients need practical business advice, not just legal answers.
Allison finds particular meaning in real estate law because the results of her work are tangible and lasting, and she can point to the buildings, developments, and communities that stand as a direct result of her efforts.
Outside the office, Allison is a loyal Duke basketball fan, an enthusiastic traveler, and a familiar face on the sidelines of her kids' sporting events.
