Overview
Kendall serves as a Senior Commercial Paralegal at GBH, where she supports attorneys and clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. Her experience includes acquisitions and sales, leasing, title review, and commercial financing, as well as business formation and related corporate matters.
With more than a decade of experience, Kendall has built a strong foundation in both residential and commercial transactions. Her legal career began in 2016 as a receptionist at a real estate law firm, where she steadily advanced into increasingly complex transactional roles. She became a Licensed Title Agent in 2020 and earned her designation as a Florida Registered Paralegal in 2025.
A Florida native, Kendall spends her time with her husband and daughter, exploring local farmers markets, attending art festivals, and enjoying the gulf coast beaches.
