Overview

Kymberly serves as Firm Administrator, bringing more than twenty years of experience and institutional knowledge to the firm. Kym leads the firm's business and administrative operations, including financial management, human resources, employee benefits, recruiting, technology, facilities, and overall operational management.

Throughout her tenure, Kym has played an integral role in the firm's growth and evolution. Working closely with the firm's shareholders, she helps shape operational strategy, implement firmwide initiatives, and develop the internal processes and policies that support the firm's attorneys and staff. Her deep understanding of the business, its people, and its history gives her a unique perspective as the firm continues to grow.

Beyond operations, Kym is deeply committed to the firm's culture. She takes pride in fostering the close-knit, family-oriented environment that has long defined the firm's identity, and in creating opportunities that bring people together. She believes a successful workplace is one where people feel valued, connected, and genuinely enjoy being part of the team.

Outside the office, Kym enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and bringing family and friends together whenever she can. A lifelong Tampa native, she has a deep appreciation for her hometown and its traditions, particularly Gasparilla, which she celebrates as founder of the Krewe of Solis.
