Madison Brennan

Overview

Madison supports the firm's Land Use, Zoning & Entitlements practice, assisting attorneys across a broad range of matters as clients work to secure the approvals needed to bring development projects to life. Since joining the firm two years ago, Madison has contributed to projects spanning the entitlements process, working closely with the team to help guide applications through zoning and land use review in jurisdictions near and far.

Madison relocated to the United States from Brisbane, Australia, bringing a curiosity about the world and a solid grounding in both business and law. She holds a Bachelor of Business, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Accounting, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), both from Queensland University of Technology, earned in 2023. Madison went on to complete her Practical Legal Training with the College of Law (Queensland) in 2025.

Before joining Gardner Brewer Hudson, Madison worked in-house in marketing for a boutique luxury retreat hotel company, an experience that sharpened her eye for client relationships and brand-conscious problem-solving. Outside the office, Madison enjoys exploring the vastness of the United States, staying active through health and fitness, and spending time with family and friends.
