Rebecca Harb
Overview
Rebecca began her land use career at a respected Tampa law firm, where she spent three and a half years supporting its land use and land use litigation practices. During this time, she developed a strong foundation in the zoning and development approval process, gaining experience with code and ordinance research, application preparation, and public hearing support.
Rebecca now supports the firm’s land use, zoning, and governmental approvals practice on a variety of matters throughout Tampa Bay and Central Florida, including comprehensive plan amendments, rezonings, and other entitlement matters.
Rebecca is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where she participates in the 2026 Young Leaders Group (YLG) Mentorship Program. She is also a member of the Tampa Bay Builders Association (TBBA).
A Tampa Bay native, Rebecca was born and raised in St. Petersburg and earned her B.S. from the University of Central Florida. Outside of the office, she enjoys running, visiting local farmers markets, and spending time with family, friends, and her pit bull, Bubba.
