Will Hamilton

Overview

Will represents clients on matters involving the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of commercial property, along with land use, zoning and regulatory matters.

Immediately prior to joining GBH, Will practiced at Greenberg Traurig LLP, focusing on the financing of affordable housing projects. Will started his legal career with Nelson Mullins Riley and Scarborough LLP, where he primarily represented clients in the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, easements, and commercial leases.

Will was born and raised in Tampa and graduated from Jesuit High School. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Tampa Bay, the Jesuit Bar Association, and the Real Estate Investment Council. Outside the office, Will enjoys biking, watching sports, and spending time with his family, friends and dogs.
